More and more people are interested in this subject and we become aware of what we are actually capable of.

People want to make the most of their valuable time.
Athletes want to regenerate faster and better and make their training more efficient.
Working people don't want to be exhausted after the working day, but still want to have energy to pursue hobbies, do something or continue their education.
People in the third phase of life want to become more vital again and actively enjoy their retirement instead of being restricted by illness.

Regeneration and sleep are just as important in biohacking as the optimal micro- and macronutrient intake. In the following, we would like to give an overview of the potential of this topic.

Important to know: It is not always just about "even more" and "even higher". You don't have to be a professional athlete to be interested in the topic of biohacking. It's about becoming the best version of yourself in your everyday life as an office worker, bricklayer, family man, lawyer, salesperson or grandparent. Just imagine: In the morning the alarm clock rings and instead of fighting your way out of bed and preferring to stay in bed all day, you get up full of energy and look forward to everything that is coming.

Just imagine: In the afternoon at the meeting, you are fully focused, receptive and able to get involved instead of fighting against dozing off.

Just imagine: You're in a good mood and you're calm and cheerful, even when your kids try to drive you crazy. Your nerves are made of steel and you enjoy it.

Just imagine: You come home from work in the evening. Instead of being exhausted and bawling in front of the TV, you still have enough energy to do something with your kids.

Just imagine: You can fall asleep quickly in bed in the evening, sleep through the night without interruption and lying awake, and be truly rested in the morning.

All this can happen when your body has what it needs. When YOU know what your body needs and YOU listen to it.
All this can be achieved with biohacking.

What about the science
The science is more and more interested in the topic of biohacking. From diseases of civilization, which occur due to malnutrition or wrong nutrition up to neurodegenerative diseases in old age. The topic Ketose for example is already investigated for nearly 100 years and has today hundreds of studies and it becomes weekly more. Medicine is also realizing what an incredible potential we have to regenerate and heal, even without medication.

Often it is professional athletes and also ambitious athletes who are interested in topics that are still off the mainstream. ​By the way: From people like Tim Ferriss (author of "4 hours week" or "4 hours body") we learn concepts like the minimal effective dose. There Tim describes that it is often enough just in training and muscle building to set the right stimulus and it does not need hours of training 5 times a week to be in good shape.
